The Project Brief
We meet up with the client to discuss the proposed project and take note of all the ambitions, desires and practical needs required

Research and Analysis
The proposed site/building is surveyed. The budget and design parameters are obtained

Design
Initial design sketches are prepared and together with the client, the design progresses and develops into the completed drawings

Planning Permission
If required, the proposed design will be submitted to the local Planning Authority on your behalf for planning approval.
